Terms & Conditions — 65bd Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 65bd platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all aspects of your use of 65bd, including browsing, account creation, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, and withdrawing funds.

65bd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the updated terms take effect. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that:

65bd conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Accounts that fail KYC verification or are found to belong to a minor will be suspended immediately, and any funds remaining in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal compliance policy.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 65bd. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — to circumvent a suspension, exploit bonuses, or manipulate betting outcomes is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 65bd will close all associated accounts and may permanently ban the player from the platform. Balances and pending withdrawals from duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed and all deposits or withdrawals initiated. You must keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party. 65bd recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features made available on the platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 65bd support immediately.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your 65bd account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to your registered payment method. Accounts under active investigation for fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or KYC compliance may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

65bd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 65bd account within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• 65bd does not charge processing fees on deposits made via supported Bangladeshi mobile wallets.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where technically feasible.
• 65bd reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or compliance reasons.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the compliance team.
• KYC-verified accounts are eligible for same-day withdrawal processing to mobile wallets during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience processing delays of 3–5 business days while verification is completed.
• 65bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems high-risk or unusual.

4.3 Failed & Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your mobile wallet or bank account, please contact 65bd support at [email protected] with the transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-initiate the same transaction until the status of the original has been confirmed. 65bd will investigate and resolve failed transaction disputes within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds — including welcome bonus credits, free bet awards, and cashback — are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. As a general guide, sports betting bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount, and casino bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Eligibility Conditions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

6.1 You agree to:

6.2 Strictly prohibited conduct includes:

All content on the 65bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, text, game previews, odds data, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 65bd or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 65bd platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any content from 65bd without express written permission.
• Use the 65bd name, logo, or branding in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing activities not authorised in writing by 65bd.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software or application associated with the 65bd platform.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape the 65bd website or any portion of its content on any other website or platform.

Game content, including slot titles, live casino streams, and crash game interfaces, is the intellectual property of the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and is licensed to 65bd for display on the platform. Players have no rights to this content beyond in-session personal use.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 65bd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence. In all other cases, 65bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 65bd operates. 8.2 Severability

8.3 Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
